UHI Business Competition 2023/24

Our Business Competition is now closed for entries

It's time to give your idea a spin

Our generous sponsors have donated a total prize fund of £8,000+ as well as accountancy and legal packages offered by Johnston Carmichael and Harper Macleod LLP.

Shortlisting will take place on 30th April.  The finalists will then be invited to pitch to our judges on 22nd May 2024 and from there the judges will make their final decisions with the winners being announced at our finals event that evening.

📣 Shout out to Engineering and Computing students 📣

Engineers in Business Fellowship (EIBF) are sponsoring prize(s) of up to £3,000.  If you are an engineering or computing student/alumnus from a Scottish university then you have an even greater chance of winning some of the prize pot!  Your entry doesn't need to be an engineering or computing idea and you can enter individually or as a group.

Simply enter online by answering 4 main questions:-
  1. Explain your business idea.
  2. What inspired you to think of the idea?
  3. Who will your customers be?
  4. What will you need to make your idea a reality?
You have between 350 and 2,000 characters (which includes spaces) to answer each question and you can save your entry multiple times before finally submitting.  So, what are you waiting for?

Terms and conditions apply.
